LA Fitness is a privately owned American health club chain with over 300 clubs and over 1.5 million members across 21 US states and Canada as of 2009. The company was formed in 1984 and is based in Irvine, California. The company's fitness clubs offer a variety of exercise equipment, swimming pool and spa, basketball and racquetball courts, indoor cycling, personal training and a children's area called "Kids Klub". Q. I'm so upset with LA Fitness for pushing their services down my throat. I felt like I was buying a car instead of a membership plan. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
